My husband and I joke that we probably have a record for the most transactions with Brittany as our realtor. In the past 5 years, Brittany helped us buy a house, sell that house when our needs changed, buy a different house, and buy an adjacent empty lot. Through it all, Brittany has been by our sides and helping us through every step of the way. Our most recent experiences with Brittany in 2022 took place during a fast moving seller's market, and Brittany navigated us through both selling and buying with ease. Thanks to her excellent advertising and successful kick off open house, we had four offers within 48 hours of our house going on the market, and our final sale was for $20k over our asking price. Even more challenging, Brittany helped us to find and buy a new home in this same super competitive market. Brittany was excellent at finding homes we might like and super flexible in scheduling us to see them, which was vital when so many houses were going under contract quickly. Brittany has a keen eye and was very helpful in noticing details in any house we looked at that could be a concern. She was extremely patient as we looked at numerous houses before finding the one for us. At all stages of the process I felt completely comfortable asking her questions, and if I ever asked something she didn't know, she would track down the answer and get back to me. Brittany always kept in close contact with us, letting us know exactly what was going on and passing on information as soon as it was shared with her. Buying and selling is always going to be stressful, but Brittany made it as easy for us as possible, and we are so grateful to her for helping us find and buy our lovely new home!

Working with Brittney was truly a great experience for me. I started looking at houses over a year before I purchased. She blocked out her entire Saturday and we toured every home on my list. By then she knew exactly what I was looking for! Even in this hot/crazy market, I was ALWAYS one of the first prospects to get a tour on a new listings. She has a ton of local connections so not only is working with her AMAZING but her network of appraisers, contractors, financial institutions, lawyers an so on. SHE GETS THE JOB DONE!Working with Brittney is a luxury experience.

Brittany listened to our preferences and assisted us with not only finding the right property, but working through the entire buying process and keeping things on track. She answered all of our questions and took the time to help us when we needed it. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, and the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend her as an agent.

Brittany is nothing short of amazing. We had issue after issue pop up what seemed like every day but it didn’t stop her. Day or Night you will be able to get ahold of her and she will not stop working for you period. There is zero chance we would’ve been able to buy our house without her.

Brittany was everything we wanted out of a selling agent. She did a great job of guiding us through the pre-sell process so when it was time to list, we were fielding multiple offers after a few days. She made the lead-up to closing as smooth as possible and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Brittany was my realtor while buying my first home and I have to say... Wow! She was so wonderful to work with. Never did I feel that she had anything other than helping us find our perfect home as her top priority. She was attentive, helpful and accommodating to our special needs as homebuyers through a VA loan. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend her to family, friends, co-workers or some random person on the internet reading this review that was looking to buy or sell a home. Choose Brittany and you won't regret it.

Brittany was a fantastic realtor to work with. She helped us pick out our previous home. We had a blast looking at homes and we looked at a lot before we decided on our home. When we decided to move again we reached out to her to sell our home. The house was listed and sold in less than a month. Brittany was on top of getting all the closing inspections scheduled and when things were not moving smoothly on the out of town buyers side she stepped in and assisted their realitor. The process went quickly without a hitch. I would highly recommend Brittany.

Brittany helped us sell our house in a time crunch, we had six weeks to close and she got it on the market and sold in that short period of time! She also helped us buy that same home. I honestly can't recommend Brittany more, she works hard for her clients!

Brittany helped us to sell our house... she gave us honest feedback when we voiced our concerns and our hopes regarding the sale. She not only sold our house in much less time than we thought we would be up against but she stayed in touch every step of the way. She is truly dedicated to her craft and her clients. I’m only sad we moved away and can’t use her services anymore! For anyone looking to sell or buy... Brittany is skilled, kind, knowledgeable and fun to be around!!!

Brittany is a true pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and guided me smoothly through the selling process. Since I live more than 150 miles away, Brittany went above and beyond to take care of details that, as a seller, would normally have been up to me. She is an excellent communicator and was quick to respond to my questions. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process thanks to her professionalism and true interest in making the experience both pleasant and successful.
